Super Refined™ Polysorbate 80 is recommended when formulating with highly sensitive and unstable APIs. Due to its very low colour, it provides an analytical clarity advantage compared to other grades of polysorbate 80. Recommended topical usage levels of 0.5-5%. An acidified grade of Super Refined Polysorbate 80 is also available, created to provide additional formulation options when the API requires a low pH environment.
